SEWISTA SHINRIN-YOKU Vereinfacht gesagt ist shinrin-yoku – oder auch Waldbaden –ein langer, langsamer Spaziergang zwischen Bäumen. In aller Ruhe und im Bewusstsein des eigenen Körpers, der Natur und der eigenen Bewegung. Der Rest der Welt existiert für kurze Zeit nicht. Nur du selbst, das Hier und Jetzt in einer herrlichen Umgebung genießen. Auf diese Weise hat so ein ruhiger, langsamer Gang eine meditative Wirkung, heilend bei Stress. Für unser Fotoshooting haben wir ein Waldbad in und rund um Zoniënwoud, meinem zweiten Zuhause, genommen. Wir sind mit Sack und Pack– Gott sei Dank auf Rädern – in den mächtigen Wald gezogen. Im Zen-Glück haben wir eine schöne Reportage mit 31 Prachtstücken fotografiert. Ein einziges großes Sewistabad, in das wir eintauchen konnten. Denn ein paar Stunden lang hinter der Nähmaschine von der Welt abzuschalten, hat meiner Meinung nach auch eine heilende Wirkung.
