The Enchanted Snack
The goal is to provide a 360 experience, where guests are inspired by their surroundings, the creativity of both sweet and savoury canapés and the ideas proposed for a truly out of the ordinary afternoon. We will share all the best tips and tricks to create a table with the finest details. For this project at L’ Albereta, Amourette involves small artisans and experienced creatives that contribute not only to curating an unconventional beauty but to demonstrate the attention to detail and research that can go into a simple project. In one of our most special rooms at L’ Albereta, the Riserva Leone, previously the office of Maestro Marchesi, will be a banquet of wonders set in an installation inspired by an enchanted forest and decorated with the creations from Bottega Buonarroti, welcoming you in for a wonderful snack.
