HOLIDAY BUFFET OPTIONS

Dinner buffets require a minimum of 30 paid guests. All dinner buffets are served with fresh dinner rolls, regular and decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, and water. Buffets include selection of entreés, three salads, two starches, and one vegetable.

GRILLED SALMON

Sautéed chicken breast topped with artichoke and mushroom cream sauce.

French grilled salmon seasoned with herbs and topped with Beurre Blanc sauce.

LEMON HERB CHICKEN Sautéed chicken breast finished with a lemon herb sauce

OVEN ROASTED TURKEY Butter basted and roasted turkey served with savory sage stuffing and turkey gravy.

ROASTED PORK

*CARVED ROSEMARY-GARLIC PRIME RIB A holiday tradition. Roasted prime rib spiked with fresh herbs, garlic, and seasonings then carefully slow roasted to a juicy perfection. Served with creamy horseradish sauce and Au Jus. *Add $6.00 per person for this premium experience.

Tender pork loin roasted and topped with an apple walnut sauce.

SMOKED HAM Honey cured ham finished with a pineapple honey glaze.

BEEF BURGUNDY Sliced sirloin of beef with a mushroom burgundy sauce.

ROAST BEEF JARDINIÈRE Beef slices with sautéed celery and onions, then finished with a touch of red wine and herbs.

MEDITERRANEAN COD Baked cod with cherry tomatoes, capers, black olives, and feta cheese in a white wine herb reduction.
