Starting June 2024, your buildings will undergo an impressive upgrade with a fresh and distinctive new look in every room.
Why upgrade?
As significant changes have not been made to these units since 2010, the goal of this renovation is to improve your investment and ensure:
1. Quality vacations and pride of ownership for years to come.
2. It continues to meet or exceed the quality of competing resorts in Aruba.
3. It maintains your trading power within the Interval International and RCI exchange networks should you choose to travel to other destinations.

Over the past year, we’ve completed these improvements and upgrades around the resort:
• Added pickleball courts
• Complete interior renovation to Mulligan’s Golf Cafe, Bar & Restaurant
• Added new dining chairs at Windows on Aruba
• Updated the driving range with new equipment
• Enhanced the practice putting greens
• Replaced the Infinity Pool water slide

Project Description
From June to November 2024*, these extensive renovations will encompass buildings A and B.
Improvements will be made to eliminate wear and tear and cover interior and exterior work. A summary of what is included in the project plan is detailed below:

Project Plan
To cover the cost of the work, owners will be charged $1,465.87 per interval/ week, which will be reflected in your next operating fees notice.
This renovation was prepared with you in mind to enhance your vacation experiences and beautify your home away from home at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. Please be patient as the dedicated construction crew and resort staff work to make your vacation ownership the most enviable in Aruba.
Please note that if you plan to travel while your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar unit. As always, you must pay your operating fee, including the increase, before you can travel or exchange.
