Any customer with a paid Issuu account can apply to become an Issuu Elite member. This can be a customer on a Starter, Premium, or higher plan. We accept customers who create high-quality content and want to work with us to improve our product.
We review all applications carefully. If we think you are a good fit for the Elite program, we will reach out to you via email and schedule a 30-minute onboarding call.
No. Joining the Elite program is free, but we tend to accept Issuu users on Starter plans or higher since they have access to most (or all) of Issuu’s features.
Your involvement depends on your time capacity, and we strive to make it efficient. The main requirement is taking part in the Elite onboarding call and at least one usability testing session per year, which lasts 30-45 minutes each.
We offer our Elite members several promotional opportunities, including promotion on our social media channels, newsletters, website, and more. These are coordinated with our marketing team, who will find the best fit for your unique content and use case.
