EDITOR'S NOTE

We are young. We are creative. We are the future.

Right now is a monumental time in history. There is a revolution taking place where young people are taking control and making things happen for themselves. They are being the change in the world they want to see. In this issue, we wanted to capture this moment in history. We wanted to showcase individuals who we feel we are breaking the barriers of what’s possible. Those who are living life day in and day out, doing what they love. Those who no matter what field, can be seen as inspiration to the next generation of creatives. This is a call to action for all creatives to join the revolution. Millennials are rapidly changing the world. We embrace change, we are fearless and we are working. If you are a young person there is no time like now. Lead the revolution. Be the revolution you want to see. Ibrahim Editor-in-Cheif

ENEMOKWU Hertfordshire’s finest Emay Enemokwu, designer and also brains behind the iconic brand JEHU-CAL is our next G-Lister. Changing the urban, streetwear fashion industry by dishing out unique garments that are not only sustainable but also go against the norms of being an ordinary streetwear brand. His talents go beyond just designing for JEHU-CAL, he is also an incredible film photographer and a let’s say a part-time comedian. Emay spends most of his time triggering us on Twitter while making sure we keep up to date with his next releases, current releases and who the government need to release. TANYA COMPAS

When Tanya Compas; an award-winning youth worker, decided that she will exist unapologetically and live life loudly, it may not have occurred to her where that decision would take her. Her unapologetic approach to life is why we have chosen her to be in this year’s Creative G-List. Tanya started out in the charity sector, working on many campaigns advocating for black women and the LGBTQ community, She has worked all over the world with young people from different backgrounds whilst shaping and moulding her career. It is for her work in BAME and LGBTQ communities; and passion for young people that we see her going on to do greater things for generation Z and the next.
