BÜRGENSTOCK RESORT LAKE LUCERNE OFFERS A ‘REFINED RECHARGE’ TO BEGIN 2024: FROM CURATED SLEEP EXPERIENCES TO SOMMELIER-LED WATER TASTINGS Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne has launched a series of experiences to provide guests with a ‘refined recharge’ to kick off 2024, offering a tailored array of activities that foster connection and harmony with the natural surroundings, above Lake Lucerne’s waters. Experiences will include ‘regenerative dining’ with a menu comprised entirely of produce from the Bürgenberg valley, guided ‘Hydrothermal Journeys’ in Europe’s largest spa and water tastings with the resident water sommelier. Innovators in hospitality for more than 150 years, Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne harnesses its position in the pristine Alpine landscape above the mineral-rich Lake Lucerne and combines this with world-leading facilities, offering a transformative break for all those who visit. Newly launched for 2024, experiences that promise a refined recharge will include: Regenerative Dining with ‘Taste of Bürgenstock’ A brand new concept available at Bürgenstock Resort’s Oak Grill & Pool Patio, The Taste of Bürgenstock menu offers dishes consisting 100% of locally-sourced produce from the surrounding valleys. As trend forecasts show, people are seeking dining experiences which give back to the land and positively impact biodiversity more than ever. The menu provides the ultimate example in sustainable preparation and production of delicious food. With a four-course menu adapted to work in synthesis with the land, guests will taste produce visible from the very windows of the resort. https://burgenstockresort.com/en/offers/your-refined-recharge/taste-of-buergenstock-origin-menu-1-1

‘B-hind’ the scenes programme: Sustainability in action Become immersed in the inner-workings of Bürgenstock Resort and its sustainable practices in connection with nature. Experiences will include harvesting honey from the resident beehives, picking grapes from the south-facing vineyards and witnessing the production of the resort’s very own Bürgenstock Cheese produced by local cheesemaker, Sepp Bircher. Guests will also gain an understanding of the unique heating and cooling system which uses water from Lake Lucerne and accounts for 100% of cooling and 80% of heating needs of the resort. https://burgenstockresort.com/en/activities-and-experiences/b-hind-the-scenes Water Sommelier Masterclasses Guests will discover the perhaps unexpected complexity and depth behind water, drinking some of Europe’s finest waters and learning the best approaches to consuming water for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Lead by certified water sommelier Dominik Beluli this is an intimate experience with a maximum of 12 people per tasting.
