Are you celebrating a special occasion or would you like to impress a guest without having to spend all your time in the kitchen? We would be happy to organise a private chef for you or offer you a quotation for truly luxurious catering.

ROOM SERVICE

Not in the mood to cook? Then just order something from our room service menu – anything from a hearty breakfast to delicious starters and main courses or sweet desserts. You will find an up-to-date room service menu in your suite.

REFRIGERATOR FILL-UP

We will be happy to fill up your refrigerator before your arrival and also during your stay. Please send us your order with items and corresponding quantities.

BREAKFAST BUFFET IN THE HOTEL

Enjoy the Bürgenstock breakfast buffet daily from 07.00 to 10.30am. Available at the Bürgenstock Hotel or in the Verbena Restaurant in the Waldhotel.

Prices: CHF 40 per person

Advance bookings: Please book by the previous evening at the latest via the Guest Service Centre on +41 (0)41 612 60 00 or directly at the restaurant concerned.

HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANING

Sit back and relax and we will take care of the cleaning of your suite – for example, regular housekeeping, preparing your suite before your arrival, thorough spring cleaning, caring for house plants in your residence and thorough cleaning at the end of your rental etc. We cater for your individual needs.

Price: CHF 65 per staff member / hour

WATER BOTTLE SERVICE

Our Housekeeping Team will replace the water bottles (still or sparkling) in your Residence Suite during agreed cleaning times.

Prices: CHF 7 for a 4 dl bottle | CHF 10 for an 8 dl bottle

BVLGARI PRODUCTS

A refreshing fragrance with powerful, yet exclusive hints of Japanese green tea. Our Housekeeping Team will deliver the products you have ordered to your Residence Suite during agreed cleaning times.

Prices: e.g. BVLGARI Body Lotion, Shower Gel or Shampoo each 200 ml for CHF 50

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING & IRONING SERVICE

You can trust us to care for your linen and clothes while you spend your valuable time doing something else.

Prices: For prices, see the laundry list in your Residence Suite.

Collection: Please contact our Housekeeping Team on +41 (0)41 612 60 22 for the collection of your laundry.

REPAIRS

We take care of both small and larger repairs in your Residence Suite, whether it be changing a light bulb or mending a tap.

Prices/Conditions: CHF 65 per staff member / hour. The cost of materials is not included and will be charged separately.

CLEARING SNOW AND LEAVES

We are happy to take care of this energy-sapping work for you so that you can enjoy your terrace or balcony all year round. Please note that if there has been a heavy snowfall, the access roads and thoroughfares in the resort itself must be cleared first, but we will naturally take care of you immediately afterwards.

FIREWOOD FOR YOUR FIREPLACE

Order firewood for your fireplace. If you do not want to light your fire yourself, we offer a fire-lighting service. Our concierge team will come by personally in order to start your fire (incl. wood).

Prices/Conditions: One 15 kg box of firewood CHF 20, delivery charge CHF 70

Fire service from 8am – 9pm CHF 150 | Fire service from 9pm – 8am CHF 300

ORDERING FLOWERS

Bring freshness and colour to your Residence Suite. Our florists will make up a mixed bouquet according to season and personalised to your colour preferences. Ask the concierge about the current flower menu.

Wellness between water and sky.

Prices/Conditions: 10% discount on the Alpine Spa annual membership, 20% discount on 3-hour tickets from Mon - Sun incl. public holidays, 20% discount on treatments from Mon - Thu (excl. public holidays), CHF 100 Day pass Mon - Thu (excl. public holidays) per person, CHF 200 Day pass Fri - Sun (and public holidays) per person.

Wellbeing – Healthy by Nature at the Waldhotel Health & Medical Excellence.

BÜRGENSTOCK FUNICULAR & SHUTTLE BOAT

As a resident, you benefit from special prices for the yearly season tickets for the Bürgenstock Resort - Lucerne and Lucerne - Bürgenstock Resort routes.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE

Our 9-hole golf course invites you to a game from around the end of April to October.

DIAMOND DOMES TENNIS

The Diamond Domes with their impressive roof architecture provide excellent conditions for exciting tennis matches as well as a famous tennis school.

ICE RINK

Available from November to February (weather permitting). The outdoor tennis court of the Diamond Domes is converted into an ice rink in winter, inviting you to come skating.

Conditions: Entrance to the ice rink is free of charge to residents. The standard prices for skate rental apply.

HAMMETSCHWAND LIFT

Available from the end of April until November (weather permitting). At 1,132 metres, the Hammetschwand Lift, with the associated Hammetschwand Mountain Restaurant, is the highest outdoor lift in Europe.

SHOPPING

Our shopping offer ranges from luxury and cosmetic products to souvenirs and even fine food items. Enjoy the wide selection while taking a leisurely stroll through the shops: SkyBoutique, Waldtique Shop, Swatch-, Longines-, and Omega Boutique, Swiss Chocolate Chalet, Articolo Boutique and B-Outdoors.

Conditions: 10% discount on all ‘Bürgenstock products’ in the SkyBoutique, 10% discount on the entire range at the Waldtique in the Waldhotel. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

CINEMA

KIDS CLUB MUTZLIBURG & BABYSITTING

The Bürgenmutz welcomes his three to twelve-year-old friends to the Kids Club every day. And for the very youngest, we organise professional babysitting.

Conditions: Access to the Kids Club is free of charge. Babysitting is charged at CHF 150 for up to three hours, subject to availability. Every additional hour costs CHF 40.
