Limited 25-year residential and 5-year commercial warranty for C.R. Plastic Products® high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frames

C R Plastic Products warranties to the original purchaser for a period of up to 25 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use from the date of the original invoice, under normal use. C.R. Plastic Products' HOPE products shall be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack or sustain structural damage

Transferability: This limited warranty is non-transferable

C R Plastic Products Inc shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following:

•C R Plastic Products HOPE products are made with automotive grade UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, upon exposure to the sun all colors may fade to some degree over time

•Color or pattern variance between any new replacement section or pieces and other sections or pieces (We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the original purchaser. If the original piece is not available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality).

•Damage caused by acts of God, accident, neglect or abuse

Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature. C.R. Plastic Products does not recommend the use of pressure washers Please refer to our Product Care/Maintenance Instructions

Swivel Component

,Gliding Mechanism,

and Stainless Steel Hardware

The swivel component and gliding mechanism are warranted not to structurally fail for five years of residential use or three years of commercial use. Stainless steel hardware is warranted not to structurally fail for a period of up to five years for residential use and three years for commercial use

Sunbrella Fabric Warranty

Sunbrella warranties to the original purchaser a five year limited warranty for upholstery and specialty fabrics from date of purchase

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on our cushions, headrests, lumbar and throw pillows by regular use Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly, improper cleaning, and acts of God. For more warranty details, please refer to www.sunbrella.com. This warranty also covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the listed products for a period of 90 days

Cushions

C R Plastic Products Inc warranties to the original purchaser for a period of one year from date of purchase It does not cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse and abuse, improper assembly, and acts of God

Resell Product Warranty

For products that are sold by C.R. Plastic Products but of another manufacturer, please refer to their specific product warranty. Our limited warranty covers the original owner, and is non-transferable.

The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase, pictures of the defect and a written description Possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorized repairs by a third party. Warranty claims may be submitted to any of our authorized C.R. Plastic Products Inc. Dealers or directly to C.R. Plastic Products Inc. Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, the customer will be notified of the solution If the product is not returned within 60 days of date of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply

This warranty is effective for products purchased on or after September 1, 2018 Subject to CRP inspection and/or assessment
