BAUDECK
ALUMINIUM SLAB FORMWORK
BAUDECK is an aluminium system slab formwork. It’s an alternative for a traditional beam system. The system is based on modular aluminium panels with the widths of 450, 600, 750, 900, 1800 [mm] and lengths of 900, 1800 [mm]. The construction consists of an aluminium frame of panels, 140 [mm] thick, with corner reinforcements to increase durability and impact resistance. The panel sheathing is made of waterproof plywood, with a thickness of 9 [mm]. The system is very easy to use thanks to a small number of elements: panels. Props and accessories. The system is installed in only three simple steps: hooking up, swivelling upwards, placing props. Low weight , thanks to aluminium construction (e.g. 1800 x 1800 [mm] panels weighs 53.14 [kg]), as well as simplicity of the module connections make it safe to assembly the panels by only 2 people from the floor level (up to max.height of 3.5 [m]).

POWDER COATED PROP
Varnished props are made of steel pipes, protected on the inside and outside against corrosion with a varnish. The average load-bearing capacity, with a maximum extension, is 10kN.
Powder coated props are easily adjusted, which is particularly useful when erecting slabs of different heights. The props are equipped with threads for smooth regulation of the height. Protected against corrosion with a layer of weatherproof paint.

The beam is made of spruce timber, with an I-shaped section and a height of 20 cm and flanges width of 8 cm. The web width is 27 mm. The beam ends are protected with rounted plastic shapes which serves as shock absorbers.
R20 beams are the basic element of th eslab formowrk system. Permissible bending moment is 5.0 [kNm], permissible shear force 11.0 [kN].

BAUTEKK standard 100m2 set is a universal and lighweight formwork to be assembled manually. This formwork can be used with the TEKKO system. The formwork panels can be assembled and handled by only one person. The BAUTEKK system is ideal both for simple foundations and complicated reinforced concrete structures in industrial constructions. Durable hot dip galvanised frame is built with a waterproof birch plywood 12 mm thick. Despite its low weight, this formwork guarantes resistance to fresh concrete mix pressure up to 40kN/m2.
BAUTEKK system panels are equipped with a unique solution. At the height of the tie passes they have a metal pocket with 3 tie-beam holes. This solution protects the board sheathing against damage. This solution protects the board sheathing against damages resulting from multiple tie-beams installation, thus increasing the life of the shuttering boards.

The BAUFRAME ALU panels can be installed in both horizontal and vertical position.A wide range of dimensions, it is possible to adjust the formwork height to any object height. Thanks to the construction of a side profile of the frame and a wedge clamp, th epanels can be connected with a height shift without using additional elements. This allows to adjust the formwork to any unevenness of the ground. These panels are made of a stiff and hardened profile, the outer of which is 121mm high and 20 mm wide. The aluminium frame, thanks to its construction, is fully compatible with its steel equivalent and can be used interchangeably when erecting formwork. High-quality 15mm thick birch plywood, with a weight of 220g/cm2, creates the panel sheathing. The panel edges are protected with a shaped profile. Aluminium panels, unlike steel panels, are equipped with through hole in the plywood which are protected by aluminium hoops. They have the same function as profiles in a steel panel.
The system has been designed to meet all technical, economical and safety conditions of all residential and industrial facilities. Thanks to its construction, this formwork is easy and convenient to use when assembled by hand or with a crane on site.

ALIGNING CLAMP (LONG)
