How to invite a Resident Step One: Select the residents tab in your portal.

Step Two: If you’re looking for residents that still need to be invited, you can filter the resident dashboard by “Not Invited.” Click the filter button in the top right corner.

Step three: To see a specific resident’s details and invite them to join Yuhu, click into the row where the resident’s name appears.

Step Four: A window will appear showing the resident’s details. At the top of the card there is an Invite Resident button, click it to invite the resident to make a Yuhu account.

Send a message Step One: Select the message tab in your portal. Select the thread you’d like to send your message in

Step Two: Begin typing your message in the text box labeled “Write a message”

Step Three: Once your message is ready to be sent.

Click Send.

A�ach a file to a message Step One: Go to the Messaging tab in the portal. Select the thread you’d like to send your message in.

Step Two: Click the paper clip icon to find and attach s file.

Step Three: Once you found the file you’d like to attach, select it and click Open. Write a message if you wish or just click. Send to share the file.

Filter messages Step One: Go to the messaging tab in your portal. Use the search bar or the dropdown to filter your messages.

Step Two: Use the dropdown for general filter You can filter your messages by: Unread, Tenants, Application

Step Three: To find a specific user, use the search bar to filter through your message

View and edit amenity details. Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the amenities sub-tab.

You can filter the results by property by using the dropdown labeled “Select properties to filter amenities� located in the top right corner.

Step Three: To view amenity details, click into the row where the amenity appears.

A window will appear with the amenity details. The amenity card is organized by three tabs: details, availability, and restrictions. Note: Modifications to amenity details will need to be done in BPMS.

Step Five: If you want to modify the booking availability of an amenity navigate to the availability tab. Select the days and adjust the time frame by sliding either end of the lever along the time axis. Note: When you’re done make sure to click the Update Availability button. Note: ONLY ELEVATORS are by default bookable. By setting the availability on any of the other amenities you will make them available to book in the Resident Portal. This should be a decision made by each project individually.

View, Edit, Cancel amenities bookings Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the Calendar sub-tab.

Step Two: The calendar dashboard will be blank until you select what properties and bookings you want to view. Select properties in the dropdown labeled “Select properties to filter amenities� located in the top right corner. Choose what bookings you want to view by, click Amenities

Step Three: Once you’ve selected the properties and bookings, you’d like to filter the calendar by, find the amenity booking you’re looking for. Click into the booking for more details.

Step Four: A window will appear showing the booking details. To cancel the booking, click the Cancel Event button located in the bottom right corner. To edit the booking, click the edit button also located in the bottom right corner.

Step Five: If you clicked the edit button… Another section will appear at the bottom of the card. You can edit the booking date and length. Once you’re done, click Book.

If there is availability for the day and duration you selected, another window will appear. Select a start time. Once, you’ve selected a time the window will close, and you will see a green confirmation notification in the top right corner of your browser.

How to invite Users Step One: ** You must be an admin before you can invite users. Any user can invite a resident, but you need to be an Admin to invite other users. Go to the user’s tab in your portal. Use the search bar to search for the user you would like to invite to join Yuhu. Click on the row where the user appears. ** Note: Users are added to Yuhu via BPMS.

The user’s card will appear. To invite the user, scroll to the bottom of the card. Click the Re-Invite button.

Step Three: The user will receive an email inviting them to create an account.

Once the user clicks the Join Now button in their invite email, they will be prompted to create a password and confirm their account.

Enable/disable a user’s admin privileges Step One: Go to the user’s tab I your portal Use the search bar to search for the user you are looking for. Click on the row where the user’s name appears. ** Note: Users are added to Yuhu via BPMS

Step Two: The user’s detail card will appear. Users with admin permissions can toggle the admin settings of other users. Location in the Administration selection of the Details tab. **ON to be able to invite other users, OFF to remove that permission Click Save

Step Three: Important: Permissions will be made in BPMS then get synced with Yuhu. The roles BPMS then get synced with Yuhu. The roles and who can do what is predefined in the seed data. No permission change should be needed. EG. Don’t toggle on/off the user permissions location under “Other Options” section or the Permissions tab.

View Resident Details. Step One: Select the residents tab in your portal

Step Two: You can filter the resident’s dashboard two ways: The quick filter tabs at the top of the table. The filter card, which becomes accessible when you click the filter button at the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step Three: To view a specific resident’s details, click into the row where the resident appears.

Step Four: A window will appear with the resident details. In this card you can view resident details such as building, unit, contact info, as well as start a chat with the resident. You can also view open maintenance requests. **Note: Modifications to resident details will need to be done in BPMS

How to View Deac�vated Users Step One: Important: All deactivation should happen in BPMS. Deactivate user will then sync with Yuhu. ** If you deactivate users in Yuhu, it will not sync back to BPMS. How to view inactive users… Go to the user’s tab in your portal. Use the search bar to search for the user you are looking for. OR Click the filter button (top right) and filter the Dashboard by “deactivated”

Step Two: Click on the row where the user appears to view details. The user’s details card will appear.

View an agent’s property assignments Step One: Any changes to agent property assignments need to be done in BPMS. Assignments made in BPMS will then sync with Yuhu.

Step two: The user’s card will appear. View assignments by clicking the Assign tab at the top of the card.

Step three: IMPORTANT: View ONLY. Do not change agent assignments in Yuhu, they will not propagate back into BPMS.

How to view an agent’s role Step One: Important: Roles will be assigned in BPMS. Any updates to user roles will be done in BMPS and synced to Yuhu. Roles should not be edited in Yuhu otherwise the two systems will not be synced. Step Two: Go to the user’s tab in your portal. Use the search bar to search for the user you are looking for. Click on the row where the user appears. ** Note: Users are added to Yuhu via BPMS.

Step three: The user’s card will appear. View the user’s role under “User Details.” Do not edit the role in Yuhu.

Send a password reset link Step One: Go to the user’s tab in your portal. Use the search bar to search for the user you are looking for. Click on the row where the user appears. **Note: Users are added to Yuhu via BPMS.

Step Two: The user’s card will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the card. Click Send Password Reset.

Step Three: A green confirmation pop-up will appear. The user has been sent a password reset link to their email.

Modify an agent’s Permissions Step One: Go to the user’s tab in your portal. Use the search bar to search for the user you are looking for. Click on the row where the user appears. ** Note: Users are added to Yuhu via BPMS.

Step Two: The user’s card will appear. Click the Permissions tab at the top of the card.

Step Three: Module access is defined by the assigned role, so you can also edit the role in the permissions tab

Step Four: When you’re sure the agent is assigned to the right role you can edit their permissions (module access) by toggling on and off the modules & sub-modules listed.

Step Five: Once you have all the user’s permissions set, click Save. Note: Save all changes you make on the user’s card.

Add an Event Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the Calendar sub-tab

Step Two: To add an event, click the Add Event button located in the top right-hand corner.

Step Three: A window will appear asking you to choose between creating an amenity booking or an event. If you’d like to create an event, click add event

Step Four: Another window will appear. Follow the prompts and fill out the event form. When you’re done, click Create ** Post Date: The date the event will be posted on the resident portal for residents to view and RSVP. Start Date: The date the event starts End Date: The date the event end

Step Five: Once you’ve created your event you can view it in the calendar. Filter the calendar by the relevant properties and booking type: events.

Edit or Cancel an Event: Step one: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the Calendar sub-tab.

Step Two: The calendar dashboard will be blank until you select a properties and bookings you want to view. Select properties in the dropdown labeled “Select properties to filter amenities” located in the top right corner. Choose what bookings you want to view by clicking Amenities, Events, and /or Inspections in the top left corner.

Step Three: Once you’ve selected the properties and bookings, you’d like to filter the calendar by, find the event you’re looking for. Click into the event.

Step Four: A window will appear showing the evet details. *To cancel the event, click the Cancel Event button located in the bottom right corner. To edit the event, click the edit button located in the bottom right corner.

Step Five: If you clicked the edit button Another window will appear. You can edit the event details, the event photo, as well as relevant properties in the window. Once you’re done, click the edit button. NOTE: The post date is the date the event will be posted on the Resident Portal for Residents to view and RSVP.

Pay online Step One: Payments are made in the Resident Member portal. Click on Make a Payment

Step Two: Click on Debit/Credit Card – Paying with Debit Visa or Debit MasterCard will incur no processing fees

Delete a Promo�on Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the promotions sub-tab

Step Two: Select the blue Options button in the where the promotion you want to edit appears.

Step Four: Click Delete to delete the promotion. Confirm that you’d like to delete the selected promotion.

Request for maintenance Step One: Request for maintenance are created from the Resident Member portal. Click on Create Request for Maintenance

Step Two: Complete the form by selecting the category, suite location, subject, description and attach any pictures you have to help describe the issue.

Step Three: Give consent to enter the suite within the next 24-hours.

The RFM created will automatically be synchronized with BPMS. The RFM workflow will be the same as it currently is in BPMS.

** View in BPMS The workflow is the same once the RFM is synchronized into BPMS.

** Editing and Cancelling The RFM can be cancelled and edited in BPMS and the Resident Member portal

Create a Surveys Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the surveys sub-tab

Step Two: Click Add Survey

Step Three: Fill in the details. To save as a draft, click Save. The survey will be tagged as “In Progress” in the survey’s dashboard

Step Four: Fill in the details. If the survey is ready to be sent out to tenants, click Publish. The survey will be tagged as “In Progress” in the survey’s dashboard until the expiration date. The survey will then be tagged as “Completed”

Edit expira�on date of a Surveys Step one:

Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the surveys sub-tab.

Step Two: Select the Blue options button in the row of the Survey you would like to edit. Then Click Details.

Step Three: A window will appear with the Survey details. Click into the field labeled Expiration Date Select a date from the date picker, then click update.

Ending & Dele�ng a Surveys Step One: First, it’s important to know the difference between ending and deleting a survey. You end a survey by changing the expiry date. User’s may no longer participate in the survey, but you keep all the data that was collected. Deleting a survey will delete the survey and its data from the platform. Step Two: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the surveys sub-tab.

Step Three: Select the blue options button in the row of the survey you’d like to end or delete. Click details to end the survey OR Click Delete to delete the survey Confirm by clicking delete.

Step Four: If you click details, a window will appear with the survey details. Click the End Survey button. Then click End in the pop-up to confirm.

View Results Step One: Select the community tab in your portal. Click on the surveys sub-tab.
