This is an accelerated pre-license course designed to prep you for the Oregon Real Estate Brokers License Exam. This 150 hour course meets Wednesday evenings 6-9 PM, with most course content on-line. Students are expected to have on-line capability, to self study, to attend all class sessions, and to attend a 9-5 study session on Saturday, November 23. This class meets the requirements to pass the Oregon Construction Contractors’ Board education requirements in compliance with ORS 701.280. Class meets Tuesday and Thursday for 2 weeks beginning November 12, 6-10pm, and one Saturday, November 16, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Instruction includes 80 questions in a practice exam plus tips on how to best prepare and take the State of Oregon exam.
