FAQs for Crieff Hydro Party Nights When is my balance due? 10 weeks prior to the date of your party. Balance payments for each group should be made in a single transaction too, so you’ve no need to worry about any individual payments. Just contact us on 01764 651 680 to make payment for your group over the phone or by bank transfer – details for this are included in your confirmation email. When do you need my rooming list? You’ll want all your arrangements to be perfect so you can relax and enjoy your night. We’re here to take care of the details. And so, by 1st October, we’ll need:  Name of each party member  Details of who your guests prefer to share with Any other arrangements or preferences – please, just ask. We’re here to help. What time is check-in / check-out? Check-in is from 4pm although you’re welcome to use the resorts facilities from 10am on your arrival day until 5pm on your departure day. Check-out is 11am. Can I add a meeting to our package? Of course, we have our ‘Business First Party Later’ package for only £28.00 per person and includes:  Lunch on arrival  Afternoon meeting room hire (includes screen, flipcharts and stationery)  Fast, free Wi-Fi  Afternoon tea and treats  A glass of fizz to toast the end of your meeting How do I book activities? Throughout our 900-acre estate you'll find over 60 activities to choose from. From horse riding to quad biking, archery to cycling, you can browse these with our activity finder and book or enquire using the online forms (or visit the Resort Desk during your stay). When are pre-dinner drinks? Join us in the Ferntower Suite or Hub from 18.45 for a glass of something nice. Please note the drinks reception lasts half an hour and service will finish once you are taken into the Hall so be quick to get your beverage! When is dinner served? After your drinks reception dinner will be served in Melville Hall at 19.30. We’ll take your orders on the night. If anyone in your group has any allergies let us know 10 weeks prior to your party.


How can I pay for my drinks? Drinks can be purchased by cash, credit or debit card or add them to your room account. Or take away the stress by pre-ordering your drinks; ask you Party Co-ordinator for more details. When the night ends, where can we continue the party? Our Brasserie bar is the place to go when the dancing ends – it’s open into the wee small hours of the morning. When is breakfast served? Breakfast is served in the Meikle Restaurant from 07.30 to 10.00. Please be aware the later you get there, the more queues there will be. Do you have WI-FI? Yes! Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – and it’s free. Open your browser, log in and away you go. Where your nearest cash machine? You’ll find a cash machine on the ground floor of the hotel at the top of the Ferntower stairs, which does charge per transaction. Or, if you don’t mind a short walk into town, there is a TSB, Bank of Scotland and a Clydesdale bank on the High Street. What is the dress code for the party? Dress to impress Where is the nearest train / bus station? The nearest Train stations are at Gleneagles and Dunblane.
