THISTLE OIL
Full of nutrients and vitamins which perfectly feed the skin. There are no aromatherapy oils and can be used by pregnant guests, cancer patients and guests with nut allergies or skin sensitivity.
20 MINUTE TREATMENTS
BAMBOO BACK MASSAGE
Warmed bamboo sticks heat tense muscles and remove aches and pains, the rolling action helps to break down tension on hard-to-reach muscles.
HOT STONES BACK MASSAGE
Warmed volcanic rocks hold heat that is transferred to the deeper layers of the muscle, meaning less pressure is required to target those deep areas of tension.
HYDRO BACK MASSAGE
Our traditional classic massage is done using nutritious thistle oil, feeding and nourishing the skin whilst soothing tense and tired muscles.

Give yourself plenty of time to get to the spa and start to relax. You’ll also need to fill in a consultation form before your treatment - five minutes early should be enough.
Please advise when booking if you have any medical conditions which may affect the treatment.
If you’re staying with us and your plans change you can cancel or move your treatment for free up to 48 hours before your time slot. Treatments for day guests are paid upfront and, sorry, we’re unable to cancel nor change these appointments.

As a cash free resort, this is the easiest way to show how wonderful you feel and every penny goes straight to your therapist.
