Your wallet
To top up using your Tenetech account, please follow the steps below;
Top Up by EFT steps;
Go to the Home page of your Tenetech account.
Select the wallet that you created. Select the top up option and then select the EFT option.
Enter the amount you wish to Top Up. Add the banking details for the account you are wanting to top up. Approve your EFT top up and your account will then be topped up.
Your wallet
To top up using your Tenetech account, please follow the steps below;
Top Up by your linked bank card steps;
Go to the Home page of your Tenetech account.
Select the wallet that you created. Select the top up option and then select the linked bank cards option. select which linked bank card you want to use to top up your account.
Enter the amount you wish to Top Up. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile via an in-App SMS.
Enter your passcode.
Approve your transaction top up and your account will then be topped up.
To Top Up using your Tenetech account, please follow the steps below;
Top Up at a retailer (PNP) steps;
Go to the home page of your Tenetech account.
Select which wallet you want to use.
Select the Top Up option.
Select the cash at a retailer option.
Enter the amount you want to Top Up.
Select the retailer/store you want to
Top Up at (Pick n Pay).
Enter your ID number.
A token will be sent to your mobile via an in-App SMS.
The token will give you steps to give to the cashier at Pick N Pay for you to be able to Top Up your account.
To Top Up using your Tenetech account, please follow the steps below;
Top Up at an ATM steps;
Go to the home page of your Tenetech account.
Select which wallet you want to use.
Select the Top Up option.
Select the ATM option.
Enter the amount you want to top up. A token will be sent to your mobile via an in-App SMS.
The token will give you steps to follow at the ATM to then be able to Top Up your account.
