Happy Thanksgiving from the Swansons It is that time of year again! It doesn’t matter if it’s

your fifth thanksgiving or your 85th thanksgiving—all hearts and minds, every year, are on the same thing— the amazing aromas that will soon fill our homes, and the family and friends who fill our hearts. This is the Swansons’ 10th Thanksgiving with the Mississippi Conference, and they wanted to share their hearts and memories from over the years. Gulfside Assembly Development Series Gulfside Assembly hosts a monthly leadership development webinar series with the goal of introducing high school and college students to the traits, skills and behaviors needed to become successful leaders. Past webinars have focused on applying for college, writing an impactful essay, applying for scholarships and various other vital tools that are helpful to developing leaders. Do You Want to Get Well? Webinar Series All clergy, church staff and volunteers are invited to attend a free Zoom webinar for those who have experienced emotional challenges in dealing with COVID-19 and its effect upon the church. The webinar will be Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. The webinars will continue into the New Year and will be offered on a variety of topics. Little Light of Mine Offering Season Through Jesus Christ, Methodist Children’s Homes brings hope and healing to hurting children in Mississippi. End Racism for Good Zoom Luncheon The End Racism for Good task force will be hosting the next installment of their Zoom luncheon series Thursday, Nov. 18 at noon. The featured speaker will be Rev.
