Health & Wellness Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle. You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent the eligible dependents will generally include your spouse and eligible children.

Healthe at Cerner Cerner supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and well-being, designed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of well-being programming including: Online wellness classes and webinars. • On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. • Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. • Well-Being Connect for daily virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness and other on-demand classes and activities. •

Health & Well-being About Healthe at Cerner As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimbursement and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.

Fitness Reimbursement Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to an annual maximum of 2,500 EGP.

Healthe at Cerner is designed to help you Live Well throughout the course of your life by offering programs and services that span across the entire continuum of health and care.

Health Care

Health Coverage Cerner offers you and your family a robust worldwide health insurance coverage through Allianz Worldwide Care that includes Physician’s services, preventative care, Emergency care, outpatient and inpatient services, chiropractic care, maternity care services, hearing benefits and mental health coverage.

• Premium paid by Cerner

• 100% coverage on most services • 20% co-insurance on outpatient services, with max. $27 USD per visit • Available for you and immediate family members

Dental Care Dental Care Dental is included in the Allianz Worldwide Care plan, you and your dependents will have access to dental coverage as follows:

• Preventative covered at 100% • Basic Restorative covered at 80% • Major Restorative covered at 50% • Orthodontia treatment covered at 50% All services, except orthodontia , have a $1,500 USD annual maximum benefit per person. Orthodontia has a $1,500 USD lifetime maximum benefit per person.

Vision

Vision care The vision coverage within Allianz Worldwide Care includes:

• Eye Exam covered at 100% once per year • Supplies covered up to US $500 per 12 months

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enrolled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.

Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: ◼ Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness ◼ Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation ◼ Medical assistance services ◼ Personal assistance ◼ Travel assistance This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national health care payments are made.

Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner (including personal deviation for up to fourteen days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Time Off Time Off

As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Based on your employment history and age, annual leave of 21 - 30 days begins accruing after the first day of employment for full-time associates. Part time associates accrue annual leave on a pro-rated basis.

Illness

Cerner Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates. The first 15 days of sick leave are paid at 100% by Cerner, and then 50% for the following 30 days.

Holiday

Cerner recognizes 11 statutory public holidays each year.

Leaves & Life Insurance Leaves Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

• Maternity Leave - 12 weeks paid at 100% • Paternity Leave– 4 weeks paid at 100%

Life Insurance and AD&D The Life Insurance benefit provided by MetLife aims to provide a lump sum life insurance benefit to the family and/or estate in the event of an associate’s death. Cerner pays the entire premium for the associate’s coverage.

• Life coverage is equal to three times your annual base salary. • Accidental Death is equal to 6x annual base salary

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Flu Vaccination Reimbursement Cerner offers associates a reimbursement for their Flu Vaccination at a maximum reimbursement amount of 531 EGP per year.
