Broiler cultivation is one of the largest MSMEs in East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The group of breeders carries out maintenance on a scale between 3,500 heads and 7,500 heads per cage. The Muara Selayar farmer group is one of the broiler farmer groups located in Pijot Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The main problem faced by the Muara Selayar Farmer Group at this time is that production performance is not optimal, which is characterized by sluggish chicken growth, many dwarf chickens, poor feed conversion, high mortality rate, which results in low profits obtained and even losses. The considerable number of dwarf chickens although it varies every period incurs losses due to poor ration conversion with low selling prices. This research aimed at screening of phytase-producing bacteria previously isolated from the gastrointestinal tract of poultry as probiotic candidates. Two screening indicators were used; (1) the capacity to produce phytase, and (2) the ability to grow in sugar media. This research was conducted at laboratory of Microbiology and Biotechnology, Faculty of Animal Science, University of Mataram for about 4 months since January to April 2019. Initially, bacteria were subculture in LB broth and on agar through serial dilutions to get a pure colony. Thereafter, the pure isolates were grown on sodium phytate-containing agar . The results shows that 4 bacteria had a capacity to produce phytase indicated by the formation of clearance zone on the sodium phytate-containing agar ; three of them appeared to be member of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) indicated by their ability to ferment glucose. Desa Pijot merupakan salah satu desa yang tergabung dalam BUMDesMa Sinar Bahari yang merupakan bimbingan dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (PMD) Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi Permen 58 Tahun 2009 tentang Standar Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mencakup lima aspek perkembangan salah satunya adalah aspek nilai kognitif anak usia 4 – 5 tahun yang memiliki Tingkatan Pencapaian Perkembangan (TPP) diantaranya adalah mengetahui konsep banyak dan sedikit, membilang banyak benda satu sampai sepuluh, mengenal konsep bilangan, mengenal lambang bilangan dan mengenal lambang huruf. PAUD Siratul Jannah telah mencoba memberikan suatu pembelajaran kepada anak, tetapi anak tidak memahami konsep angka, lambang bilangan, banyak sedikit, sebab akibat, bentuk, warna dan jenis. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berjumlah 14 orang anak. Lokasi yang digunakan sebagai tempat penelitian adalah PAUD Siratul Jannah Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The title of the study is "Analysis of the Implementation Method Read Enter Improve Reading Literacy Starters Children Age 5-6 Years". This study aims to analyze the application of methods to improve their reading enter to learn to read the beginning of children aged 5-6 years. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive, qualitative form. The subjects were teachers and children aged 5-6 years in Group B3 Preparation TK Sentra Islam Al-Kautsar Pontianak. From the research it can be concluded in general, that the application of the method has been applied to enter read well. One of them can be seen from the success rate when the teacher is 100% dipersentasikan children already know the alphabet, 73.3% of children are familiar with letters and symbols of the alphabet, and 26, 7% of children do not know the symbol alphabet. The constraints of the application of this method of reading enter, other educational media to support the implementation of this lack of adherence to standard materials play in the center, and there are still parents who force their children seem to be good at reading immediately. Thus recommended to teachers and schools should multiply again educative media and increasing cooperation with the parents to help the learning process.

Abstrak: Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui gerak pantomim di Taman Kanak-Kanak Dharma Santi Melawi, dengan menggunakan metode deskriftif . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan melalui hasil analisis data, secara umum dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran gerak pantomim untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik  pada anak usia 5-6tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Dharma Santi Melawi dikategorikan “baik”, dengan menentukan materi tema dan sub tema, menyesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran, menyiapkan media, merancang pedoman observasi dan penilaian kemampuan anak. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran gerak pantomim dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Dharma Santi Melawi dikategorikan “baik”, yakni: melaksanakan pijakan lingkungan, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan saat main, pijakan setelah main. 3) Kecerdasan kinestetik melalui gerak pantomim pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Dharma Santi Melawi antara lain: a) Kemampuan anak melakukan gerakan sesuai cerita mengalami peningkatan sebesar 80%. b) Kemampuan anak mengekspresikan gerakan sesuai dengan idenya mengalami peningkatan sebesar 70%. c) Kemampuan anak menebak gerakan pantomim yang dilakukan teman mengalami peningkatan sebesar 70%. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan kinestetik, gerak pantomim Abstract: Based on the research that has been done and through data analysis, generally can be concluded that: 1) Planning learning mime motion to increase kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6tahun in kindergarten categorized as "good", to determine the theme and sub-theme material, adjusting the learning materials, setting up media, designing guidelines for observation and assessment of the child's ability. 2) Implementation of the motion learning mime in increasing kinesthetic intelligence in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten categorized as "good", namely: implementing environmental footing, footing before playing, while playing footing, footing after play. 3) kinesthetic intelligence through motion pantomime in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten among others: a) The ability of the child to move in accordance stories increased by 80%. b) The ability of the child to express his movement in accordance with an increase of 70%. c) The ability of children to guess who made friends pantomime movements increased by 70%. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang disiplinnya anak dalam mentaati aturan yang berlaku dalam suatu permainan antara lain: anak belum dapat melaksanakan kegiatan bermain sesuai dengan tahapan yang telah dijelaskan guru, anak belum dapat menyelesaikan tugas bermain yang diberikan guru, dan anak belum dapat bekerjasama dalam kegiatan bermain yang ditugaskan guru. Dari 20 orang anak hanya 6 orang anak saja yang dapat melakukan kegiatan atau dengan persentasi 30%. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anak yang berjumlah 20 anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan melalui hasil yang diperoleh setelah diadakan analisis data, secara umum dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dengan skor 3,83. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan skor 3,86. 3). Hasil peningkatan anak antara lain: a) Anak melaksanakan kegiatan bermain sesuai dengan tahapan yang telah dijelaskan guru meningkat sebesar 80%.  b) Anak menyelesaikan tugas bermain yang diberikan guru meningkat sebesar 70%. c) Anak bekerjasama dalam kegiatan bermain yang ditugaskan guru meningkat sebesar 70%. Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan melalui hasil yang diperoleh setelah diadakan analisis data, secara umum dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran menggambar melalui metode karya wisata pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir yang disusun oleh guru dapat dikategorikan “baik sekali”. 2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggambar melalui metode karya wisata pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir dapat dikategorikan “baik sekali”. 3) Peningkatan kemampuan menggambar melalui metode karya wisata pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Hikmah Tayan Hilir dapat dikategorikan “berkembang sangat baik”, dengan kegiatan antara lain: anak dapat menggambar bebas menurut idenya sendiri, anak dapat membuat gambar apa sesuai yang dilihatnya, anak dapat menggambar dengan media yang ada disekitarnya.
