Reuben D'Silva
Reuben D'Silva (Democratic Party) is a member of the Nevada State Assembly, representing District 28. He assumed office on November 9, 2022. His current term ends on November 6, 2024.
D'Silva (Democratic Party) is running for re-election to the Nevada State Assembly to represent District 28. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 5, 2024. The Democratic primary for this office on June 11, 2024, was canceled.
Biography
Reuben D'Silva was born in Mumbai, India. D'Silva served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from Rancho High School in 2003.[1][2]
D'Silva earned an A.A. from the College of Southern Nevada, a B.A. in history from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, an M.A. in globalization studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in comparative religion and politics from Yale University. His career experience includes working as a history teacher with Rancho High School. D'Silva has been affiliated with the Military Order of the Purple Heart, the Knights of Columbus, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.[1][2]
