Nick Fish was a member of the Portland City Council, representing Position 2 in Oregon from 2011 to 2020. Fish passed away from cancer on January 2, 2020.[1]

As a commissioner, Fish oversaw the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services.[2]
