Bill Hines
Bill Hines (Republican Party) ran for election to the South Dakota House of Representatives to represent District 27. He did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 3, 2020.
Hines was replaced by Elizabeth May on the 2020 state House general election ballot after Hines withdrew from the race on July 28, 2020.[1]
