Anne Donahue (Republican Party) is a member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Washington-1 District. She assumed office in 2003. Her current term ends on January 8, 2025.

Donahue (Republican Party, Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Vermont House of Representatives to represent Washington-1 District. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022. She advanced from the Republican primary on August 9, 2022.

Biography

Donahue earned her B.A. in political science/Philosophy from Boston College in 1978. She went on to receive her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1981.

Donahue was a Senior Staff Attorney for the Covenant House New York from 1981 to 1986. She also worked as a Program Director for the Covenant House from 1981 to 1988. She then worked for Covenant House California as Executive Director from 1988 to 1990. From 1991 to 1996, Donahue worked as a Junior High teacher for Saint Francis Xavier, Winooski. She has been an editor for Counterpoint, Vermont Psychiatric Survivors since 1998.

Marvin Malek and Jeremy Hansen were unopposed in the Democratic primary.
