Cases decided, week of May 6
Shawn W. Gelo, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to serve 0-12 months, all suspended with one year of probation.
A charge of domestic assault against Agnes Friedlander, 73, of Eden, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Eugene Webber-McCollaum, 31, of Jeffersonville, pleaded guilty to driving after criminal license suspension and was ordered to pay $262 in fines and fees.
A charge of careless or negligent driving against Marie Nolan-Fowler, 56, of Cambridge, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
Marco Corsetti, 38, of Morrisville, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay $262 in fines and fees.
A charge of first degree aggravated domestic assault against Brandon Godfrey, 31, of Morristown, was dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
James Grove, 30, of Hyde Park, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $652 in fines and fees.
Brooklyn P. Segura, 26, of Essex Junction, pleaded guilty to DUI No. 1 and was ordered to pay $652 in fines and fees.
Miranda L. Bushey, 28, of Colchester, pleaded guilty to unlawful mischief and criminal threatening and was ordered to serve two years of probation.
Cody J. Kane, 37, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was ordered to pay $149 in fines and fees.
Charges of sexual assault and violating conditions of release against David Lathe, 27, of Eden, were dismissed at the prosecution’s request.
