My focus is on getting you results and decreasing your symptoms as soon as possible. Treating you as a whole person by addressing the connections between your mental, physical and spiritual health is one way that I am able to achieve this.
I am skilled at providing individual and family therapy for adolescents, children and adults. I use proven techniques to treat many different mental health issues, but I specialize in trauma recovery from such events as sexual abuse, domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. My volunteer work has focused on treating people in crisis around the world.
I returned home to Central California in 2018 to open my practice, because of my desire to make a positive difference. I kept hearing from family, friends and health professionals that trauma services were desperately needed here. I am committed to help address this need as an experienced psychologist and trauma specialist.
