At the event which took place in Mumbai on Wednesday, Bachchan also shared a light moment with Deepika and Prabhas. The event showed the bonding that the actors share as Deepika joked about her pregnancy and others let her take all the attention.

'Kalki 2898 AD' is Deepika's fourth film with Bachchan in a full-fledged role. Apart from Prabhas and Haasan, they are joined by Disha Patani and Shobana in the film. The science-fiction drama is directed by Nag Ashwin, credited for 'Yevade Subramanyam' (2015), 'Mahanati' (2018), 'Pitta Kathalu' (2021) and 'Jathi Ratnalu' (2021) in the past. The story of 'Kalki 2898 AD', considered one of the most expensive Indian films, is set in the post-apocalyptic world. The second trailer of the film is expected to be released today.
