About Dr. Naras Lapsys, PhD
Dr. Naras Lapsys is an accredited practising dietitian with over 20 years’ experience in private practice. In addition to his dietetic qualifications, Naras holds a degree in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Medicine. He is board certified in regenerative medicine. He runs busy nutritional consultancies in Sydney and Singapore, helping people to improve and optimise their health. Naras has been a panelist with BabyCentre for over a decade, helping with the curation and validation of their evidence-based nutritional advice. He enjoys ocean swimming and trail running, and is the proud father of two daughters.Naras is a member of BabyCenter’s Medical Advisory Board.
