      Hopkins Men's Fencing History and Tradition
      Johns Hopkins has won a record 27 Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Fencing Association (MACFA) titles since the conference's inception in 1952. The men's fencing team's 27 conference titles are second most (behind men's swimming) in Johns Hopkins history. The Blue Jays have made 32 NCAA Championship appearances, with eight top-20 finishes, and produced four All-Americans. In the last 40 seasons, Hopkins has eclipsed the 20-win mark 21 times.
