The Café & Market at the Crossroads
Location: Crossroads building (CRS)
Specialty: Market-style food court offering made-to-order salads, subs, and pasta, grill favorites, Jump Asian Express, pizzas, calzones, fresh grab-and-go meals, snacks and smoothies, and the Crossbar rotating home-style and international chef specialties. Also features a market to purchase common food and household items. Online pick up and delivery orders also available via Dining Express website.
The Commons
Location: Center for Student Development (CSD)
Specialty: Made-to-order Shumway Subs & Salads, Hettie's Grill, Stone Oven Pizza & Pasta Cucina, fresh soups, gourmet lunch and dinner chef entrees in a cozy environment with a fireplace. Online pick up and delivery orders also available via Dining Express website.
Global Village Cantina and Grille (Salsarita's, Oishii Sushi, Global Grille)
Location: Global Village (GVP)
Specialty: Three distinct dining experiences are offered at the GV Cantina and Grille. Salsarita’s offers made-to-order tacos, burritos, quesadillas, Mexican pizzas, nachos, and salads with fresh ingredients and a variety of salsas and sides. The Global Grille offers cooked-to-order international cuisines prepared on a Mongolian grill using fresh ingredients. Oishii Sushi offers freshly prepared, made-to-order sushi. Also features a bar serving alcoholic (21 years old and over only) and non-alcoholic beverages and gourmet grab-and-go sandwiches, wraps, and desserts.
Gracie's
Location: Grace Watson Hall (GWH)
Specialty: Offers all-you-care-to-eat fare for students, faculty, staff, and guests. Specialty items include the Mongolian Grill offering fresh cook-to-order ingredients, "Simply Eats" allergen friendly and vegan cuisine station, that focuses on eliminating all "Big 8" allergens from our recipes, pizza, soup & sandwich station (rotating soups and a large menu of delicious sandwiches for your pairing pleasure!), fresh baked desserts, waffle bar, grill favorites, salad bar, coffee station offering Seattle’s Best blends, and a number of themed special meals with inspired menus and entertainment.

Location: RIT Inn and Conference Center
Specialty: Bistro-style dining offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Snacks, grab-and-go offerings, and coffee station offering Seattle’s Best blends are also available.
RITZ Sports Zone
Location: Student Alumni Union (SAU), A-level
Specialty: Sports restaurant with big-screen HDTVs open for lunch, dinner, and sporting events. Offers house-made pizza, paninis, quesadillas, full deli, Ancho Grill, fresh soups and desserts, grill favorites, rotating local international food vendors, fresh grab-and-go entrees and salads, and coffee station offering Seattle’s Best blends. The RITZ also features a bar (21 years old and over only) and game room complete with billiards, air hockey, video games, and more. Specialty: Open until 2 a.m. offering a wide variety of snacks, beverages, international foods, candy, dairy products, dry goods, refrigerated and frozen items, fruits and vegetables, coffee station offering Seattle’s Best blends, DVDs, gifts, and common household items. Gift and food baskets created by The Corner Store for birthdays, celebrations, and holidays also available via RIT Dining Services’ Special Delivery website.

The Market at Global Village
Location: Global Village (GVP)
Specialty: Large variety of all-natural, organic, local, sustainable, Fair Trade, and international foods and products including ready-to-eat ethnic meals, snacks, beverages, spices and ingredients, fresh baked goods, refrigerated and frozen foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, dry goods, kitchenware, room decor, games, gifts, jewelry, health and beauty products. Sol's Underground
Location: Sol Heumann Hall (SHH), A-level
Specialty: Wide selection of health and beauty products, vitamins and supplements, house wares, school supplies, greeting cards, gifts and balloons, dry goods, snacks, beverages, and gourmet packaged food. Also offers made-to-order flat bread pizzas, quesadillas, paninis, wraps, and Upstate Farms ice cream made with the freshest milk and cream produced by local farmers.

Artesano Bakery & Café
Location: Monroe Hall (MON)
Specialty: On-campus patisserie offering a wide selection of upscale pastries including breakfast pastries, brownies, cookies, tarts, several gluten-free and vegan products, and much more. Artesano proudly serves Peet's Coffee and Tea products. Peet's, an organic coffee company, offers a large variety of drinks, which include blended frozen drinks, espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.

Brick City Catering prides itself on the ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring the success of any event.

Barnes & Noble @ RIT
Location: Park Point at RIT
Services & Products: RIT's official college bookstore, Barnes & Noble @ RIT features educational textbooks for purchase or rental for all of RIT's courses, 60,000 general titles, and RIT-related merchandise. The store offers wireless access, a café proudly serving Starbucks coffee, monthly events, and regular free shuttle service to and from campus.
Digital Den
Location: Monroe Hall (MON)
Services & Products: The Digital Den, RIT's electronics store, offers a wide array of merchandise including computer equipment and accessories, hardware and software, iPods, music equipment and accessories, games and consoles, and photography equipment and accessories.
