BIOGRAPHY: Full-time starter the past three years after playing six games with the first team as a freshman. Senior totals included 54/642/4 after 77/968/9 as a junior when he was an all-Conference selection. Sophomore numbers included 51/880/5.

POSITIVES: Consistent pass catcher who's been reliable the past three years. Quickly releases off the line, displays an immediate burst of speed and a sharp route runner who gets separation from defenders. Comes back to the ball out of breaks, extends his hands and plucks the pass in the air. Displays soft and strong hands as well as eye/hand coordination. Uses his frame to protect the pass, possesses a sense of timing and overall field awareness. Crafty receiver who consistently finds a way to open. Immediately transitions from making the reception to running after the catch.

NEGATIVES: Despite his forty time from the combine is more quick than fast and not a true downfield threat. Suffered with a hamstring injury throughout his senior season.

ANALYSIS: McKinley has been one of the more consistent receivers in college football the past three years and a pass catcher who always finds a way to get the job done. He lacks the classic measurables for a #1 wideout at the next level yet could very easily fill the role of productive third receiver.
