- 4Hiring Manager Phone Screen/Homework The next stage would be phone screening by manager, home assignment, or video interview.
- 5First And Second Round Interviews There would usually be one to two rounds of additional team interviews with a larger interview panel and executive staff member.
- 6Job Offer After successfully completing all the rounds, the recruiter and hiring manager will review and extend an offer to the selected candidate.
