SWZD Recruiting Process

*This process usually takes three to four weeks to complete.

  1. 1Apply Online Apply online through our career page, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
  2. 2Profile Review Recruiter and hiring team will review the candidate profiles and let candidates know if they will be moving forward in the process.
  1. 3 Recruiter Phone Screen The first step is a 30 minute phone call or video call with the recruiter.
  2. 4Hiring Manager Phone Screen/Homework The next stage would be phone screening by manager, home assignment, or video interview.
  1. 5First And Second Round Interviews There would usually be one to two rounds of additional team interviews with a larger interview panel and executive staff member.
  2. 6Job Offer After successfully completing all the rounds, the recruiter and hiring manager will review and extend an offer to the selected candidate.
