John J. McCloy

Lieutenant Commander John J. McCloy I, (January 3, 1876 – May 24, 1945), was a U.S. Navy officer. He's famous for receiving the Medal of Honor twice. One for his actions in the Boxer Rebellion in 1900 and another for bravery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, in 1914.
