SABR/IWBC Women in Baseball Conference

The sixth annual SABR/IWBC Women in Baseball Conference will be held virtually on September 20-22, 2024.

This year’s conference is co-sponsored by SABR and the International Women’s Baseball Center and hosted by Rockford University.

• Call for papers: All baseball fans are welcome to submit a presentation abstract for the 2024 conference. Topics can focus on traveling teams, barnstorming, tournaments, international baseball, umpires, journalists and writers, college baseball, and more. All topics and time periods related to women’s baseball are welcome. Please submit abstracts of approximately 200 words, along with contact information and a short biography, by July 1, 2024, to Leslie Heaphy at Lheaphy@kent.edu.
