Digital treatment for insomnia can improve depression

The University of Western Australia’s School of Psychological Science is currently looking for participants for a new mental health trial.

They are exploring whether digital treatment for insomnia can improve symptoms of depression in young adults.

The study’s lead investigator Dr. Cee-lee Richardson joins Madeleine Mitchell for On The Record to tell us more about it.
