TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 2, through the Regional Project Development and Management Unit (RPDMU), enhanced the technical skills of non-engineers and Local Project Monitoring Committee (LPMC) members through a two-day training on basic engineering concepts and design. The training also familiarized participants with the utilization of the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System forms for project monitoring. The event was held at NGN Gran Hotel in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, on June 13-14, 2024.

June 11, 2024 – Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – The Cagayan Valley Regional Peace and Order Council held its FY 2024 2nd quarter meeting at the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office 2 in Tuguegarao City. The meeting was presided over by Vice Chairperson MGen Audrey L. Pasia, Commander of the 5th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army.

31 May 2024 l The DILG RO2 in partnership with BJMP RO2 conducted the First Regional Buhay Ingatan, Droga'y Ayawan (BIDA) Painting, Handicraft Making, and Songwriting Challenge for Persons Deprived of Liberty with the theme "Handog ng Bagong Pilipinas, mga Programang Pangpiitan Tungo sa Bagong Bukas" on May 30-31, 2024 at Robinsons Place, Tuguegarao City.
