Taking all the warm and inviting cues from inside, the exterior of the house borrows a similar design language. The interior design of this space is carefully curated through the use of an elegant color palette of teak brown and white.

This beautiful, spacious and modern house is designed for a family of three couples and children. The family wanted it to be an efficient, easy-to-maintain, and aesthetically pleasing home. We aimed to make every space of the house look elegant and define the person using the space and their own distinctive style.

We call this the Minimal Indian House - ‘Minimal’, as there is no ostentation or decoration of any kind. Minimalist house design with traditional Indian elements, where the building elements like walls, floors, roof reveals, themselves as it is - walls are in stabilised mud blocks (Smb). Floor is natural Kota and the ceiling are filler slab roofing and the staircase treads are in Fossil Jaisalmer.
