The consumer can return the received goods to us within two weeks without giving reasons. The period begins at the earliest with the receipt of the goods and this instruction. In the case of goods that cannot be sent as a package, you can also declare the return by requesting the return of the goods in text form (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at your expense and risk. The return or the return request must be sent to:

Special orders, weapons, ammunition, powder and custom-made products are excluded from the right of return.

Return Consequences: In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. In the event of deterioration, damage or use of the goods, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the reduction in value and for the value of the use of the goods. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as you would an owner and refraining from anything that could impair their value. Please note that incomplete packaging contents in particular lead to a reduction in value and thus to a replacement. If you exercise your right of return, we recommend that to open the original packaging carefully and to return the goods in the complete original packaging (inner and outer packaging); we will offset any claims for compensation against the purchase price to be refunded. Freight costs already incurred (shipping costs) and other fees, in particular cash on delivery fees, cannot be reimbursed by us.
You are obliged to return our delivery to the above address at your own expense and risk. You have to bear the costs of the return yourself. Prepaid returns will not be accepted.
