[2].Recipes are known for oral and throat care products (rinses) that have one or another set of favorable characteristics. Such agents have a complex composition and include, among others, natural compounds in the form of extracts from materials of plant origin or with the addition of ethanol (up to 27 volume percent) [1]. Many of these drugs control the development of anaerobic bacteria produced by volatile organo-sulfur compounds that live in the oral cavity and secrete substances that lead to bad breath and changes in taste [2].
[3].The use of hydrogen peroxide in mouthwash is known. It kills anaerobic bacteria and has a mechanical cleansing effect when it starts to foam, because comes into contact with foreign bodies in the oral cavity. Hydrogen peroxide is often used for short-term treatment of acute necrotizing gingivitis. The disadvantage of this product is that long-term use may cause side effects, such as hypertrophy of the papillae [3].
[4].A known solution of chlorhexidine, which has antimicrobial and antiviral activity. The disadvantage is that for children it is diluted with water in a 1: 2 ratio, it is not recommended to swallow chlorhexidine, since the product is intended only for local use. In addition, chlorhexidine is associated with tannins, so its long-term use by people who consume coffee, tea or red wine can lead to external staining of tooth enamel [4].
[5].The closest in technical essence is the Narin-E oral rinse [http://www.armeniaonline.ru/product.php/12070], in which the active ingredient is whey, enriched with metabolic products of lactic acid bacteria. The composition of the rinse metabolite includes lactic acid bacteria metabolism - 99.95 ml, lemon flavor - 0.05 ml. The rinse is used in dental practice for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes - to cleanse and protect the oral cavity from pathogens, to achieve an anti-inflammatory effect. It is also effective in inflammatory diseases of the ENT organs, in particular for the treatment of angina [5].
To obtain milk whey, enriched with waste products of lactic acid bacteria, the pure culture of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus strain Ep 317/402 is cultivated in skimmed milk, i.e. nutrient medium containing components for their development. To do this, the milk after autoclaving is cooled to 40 ° C and fermented with 2% fresh yeast strain Ep 317/402. Fermented milk is placed in a thermostat at 37 ° C for 20 hours, after which the whey is sterilized and fermented. To obtain a rinse make up the composition of the resulting whey with lemon flavor. This rinse can be used both in dental institutions and in everyday life as an anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial agent. The lack of rinse is that the known composition does not allow to obtain a wide spectrum of action, including a comprehensive and effective prevention and treatment of diseases of the oral cavity and throat.
The objective of the invention is to expand the range and development of effective integrated means for hygiene and prevention of the mouth and throat for local use in ENT practice and dentistry, providing antimicrobial, antifungal and local anesthetic action.
The technical result of the invention is that the proposed compositions have no contraindications for daily use, because do not contain alcohol and their constant and regular use is possible. The introduction of new ingredients into the rinse helps to improve the organoleptic properties and increase the antibacterial properties. Daily use of rinses helps to strengthen the gums, sanitize interdental spaces, reduce pain and bleeding gums, and also cleans the mouth and throat from microbial agents, their metabolic products, dead cells and inflammatory raids. The combined use of a complex of biologically active substances and essential oil of mint in the composition of the rinse aid provides a mild antiseptic effect on the microflora of the oral cavity.
The rinse composition, thanks to the claimed combination of features and the quantitative ratio of ingredients, allows you to get a comprehensive tool with a cleansing effect and at the same time with a prophylactic anti-inflammatory effect, which manifests itself in its systematic use.

Количественное значение компонентов рецептур выбрано авторами опытным путем с учетом достижения заявляемого результата, а введение компонентов рецептуры ниже и выше указанных количественных значений не обеспечивает ожидаемого физиологического и профилактического эффекта.sodium alginate solution with silver nanoparticles 9.06 ± 0.09 mint essential oil 0.36 ± 0.01 New in the claimed composition is the additional introduction of new active ingredients to the rinsing agent in the form of an aqueous solution of sodium alginate or a solution of sodium alginate with silver nanoparticles. The quantitative value of the components of the formulations selected by the authors empirically, taking into account the achievement of the proposed result, and the introduction of the components of the formulation below and above the specified quantitative values do not provide the expected physiological and prophylactic effect.
One of the active components of the rinse is sodium alginate, obtained by alkaline extraction of brown algae, which occupies one of the leading places among the water-soluble polymers of natural origin, which is widely used in dentistry [6]. Alginate coatings have proven effective in dental practice in the treatment of periodontal disease and other oral diseases. They reduce the swelling of the surrounding tissue, have a pronounced hemostatic effect. As part of medical preparations, alginates are suppliers of active biological substances and help prevent the development of inflammatory and allergic reactions, heal wounds, and do not irritate the mucous membrane. If water is added to the alginate powder, then sodium and alginic acid salt and calcium sulfate are transferred to the solution. These salts dissociate, respectively, sodium ions (Na + ) and alginic acid anions and calcium ions (Ca 2+ ) and sulfate ions (SO 4 2- ). After dissociation, it becomes possible to react alginic acid anions with liberated calcium ions. As a result, individual chains of alginic acid in anionic form cross-link with calcium ions, which leads to the spatial bonding of the mass and the formation of an elastic gel, therefore, to obtain a rinse, the authors conducted studies with the lowest alginate concentration. Usually recommended to use 0.1-0.5% sodium alginate.
Studies have shown that polysaccharide sodium alginate, obtained from seaweed, is a highly effective stabilizer of silver nanoparticles, providing high aggregation resistance of nanoparticles. A solution of nanosilver with a concentration of 0.05%, 0.02% completely inhibits the growth and development of experimental isolates of S. aureus bacteria [7]. Famous Argoderm spray, http://www.kievmed.com.ua/argoderm.htm, which contains highly stable silver nanoparticles, sodium alginate and purified water.
[8].Argoderm is a biodegradable viscous, homogeneous in structure colloidal composition, which, upon drying, forms an elastic, water- and breathable film. It is an effective antibacterial, fungicidal and wound-healing agent. It is used for sore throat, tonsillitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, with catarrhal rhinitis. As well as with stomatitis, aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis, abscess. Silver nanoparticles stabilized in sodium alginate solution possess significant antimicrobial activity, inhibit the growth and development of pathogenic bacteria, including the fungus C.albicans (a parasite fungus constituting the natural flora of the human body, a unicellular microorganism freely existing in nature and populating the oral cavity, ENT organs). The effectiveness of the use of Argoderm spray as an antibacterial agent in the treatment of generalized periodontitis in the acute stage is known [8].
The mint essential oil, due to its antiseptic and analgesic properties, is very useful in dentistry (with stomatitis, caries, inflammation of the oral mucosa). It eliminates bad breath, helps protect teeth and gums from dangerous germs, and also relieves toothache and has anti-inflammatory properties. The authors developed rinse options designed for people of any age, including children.
