Powdered substances have been sold in the United States since 1958 in the form of granular detergent and granular bleach packages. Recently, packaging of a compact detergent in a water-soluble film pouch is described in JP-A-61-57700 and JP-A-63-8497 as one of powdery substances.

When an aqueous solution exceeding the weight% is packaged with a water-soluble film, it is very difficult to pack the film because the film dissolves and the package cannot be packaged, or moisture is oozed out. As a technique to solve such problems, Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-24066
JP-A No. 1539489 and JP-A-2-155999 disclose a package in which an aqueous solution is packaged with a water-soluble film. In the former, water-insoluble powdered plastic is carried on one side of the water-soluble film (the surface in contact with the liquid), so that the aqueous solution (water content is less than 20% by weight) can attack the water-soluble film. Protected packaging is obtained. The latter discloses that for liquid detergents containing an organic neutralizing system, a formulation with a water content of about 10 to 24% by weight gives good packaging with a water-soluble film.

Although there is no problem in the time until the wrapping when doing, this time becomes long after long-term storage, especially when the liquidity of the contained aqueous solution is alkaline, this tendency becomes remarkable, such as the alkaline detergent composition There is still a problem in packaging an aqueous solution with an aqueous solution film to produce a product.

First, 1 liter of tap water at 20 ° C. was put into a 1 liter beaker, and the liquid package was gently poured into the beaker. ). During this time, the electric conductivity of the water in the beaker was measured with a conductivity meter (Toa Denpa Kogyo Co., Ltd., CM-60S), and the contents of the liquid package were released into the water and the value of the electric conductivity sharply increased. Was determined as the solubility (dissolution time) of the liquid package. The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
