In this example, the contents of polyethylene wax emulsion, polymethylsilsesquioxane, solution were unchanged and thus gloss and slip were unchanged, and the contents of silicone, chelating agent and active agent were reduced and thus detergency was reduced accordingly, as compared to example 3.
The procedure for the preparation of the high foaming detergent of this example was the same as in example 1.
Example 6
The high-foaming cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of polyethylene wax emulsion, 1 part of organic silicon, 0.3 part of polymethylsilsesquioxane, 23 parts of chelating agent, 0.8 part of active agent, 1 part of propylene glycol, 1 part of methyl glycol and 80 parts of water.
In this example, only the polymethylsilsesquioxane content was reduced, as compared to example 1, with a corresponding reduction in slip, but with substantially no effect on detergency and gloss.
The procedure for the preparation of the high foaming detergent of this example was the same as in example 1.
The raw material components, the weight parts and the regulation rule of the polyethylene wax emulsion, the organic silicon, the polymethylsilsesquioxane, the chelating agent and the active agent in the invention are consistent with those of the above embodiment, and are not described again. The solution and other auxiliary preparations can be selected according to requirements, and have little influence on the overall car washing effect of the cleaning agent, so that the embodiments are not listed.
20 metal test boards sprayed with automobile paint with the same color, gloss and size are purchased in the automobile product market, the same dirt is smeared on the test boards, the test boards are placed outdoors for half a month, and after the dirt and the paint are completely adsorbed, the tests of the detergency, the gloss and the smoothness are respectively carried out by adopting the above examples 1-6. The average statistics of detergency, gloss and slipperiness were measured on a base of 10 to 1, and the results are shown in the table of fig. 2.
As can be seen from the tables in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the silicone, the chelating agent and the active agent all have an influence on detergency, the active agent has the greatest influence on detergency, the polyethylene wax emulsion has the greatest influence on gloss, and the polymethylsilsesquioxane has the greatest influence on smoothness, and the above components have a synergistic effect with each other, and the silicone and the polyethylene wax emulsion are well mixed by adjusting with the chelating agent. According to the components and the weight part range provided by the invention, the detergency, the glossiness and the smoothness of the cleaning agent can reach a relatively balanced degree, and the requirements of vehicle washing are met.
The car washing liquid mainly comprises polyethylene wax emulsion, organic silicon, polymethylsilsesquioxane, a chelating agent, an active agent and other materials, and the materials are environment-friendly degradable materials and are environment-friendly and pollution-free. The organic silicon, the chelating agent and the activator react to generate strong decontamination foam, the foam is fine and rich and is suitable for cleaning stains on the surface of the vehicle body, the polymethyl silsesquioxane increases the foam density and improves the smoothness of the vehicle body after the vehicle is washed, and the polyethylene wax emulsion can improve the glossiness of the vehicle body. The cleaning agent has good decontamination effect when being used for washing the vehicle, can ensure that the surface of the vehicle paint is bright and smooth, and a layer of protective film is formed on the vehicle body to isolate the corrosion of various dirt on the vehicle body, thereby achieving the effect of cleaning and maintenance.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. The high-foaming cleaning agent is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-2 parts of polyethylene wax emulsion, 0.5-2 parts of organic silicon, 0.1-0.5 part of polymethylsilsesquioxane, 1-4 parts of chelating agent, 0.5-0.9 part of active agent, 1-5 parts of solution and 50-90 parts of water.
2. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the polyethylene wax emulsion is WE-60.
3. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the organosilicon is LS-408R, and the polymethylsilsesquioxane is BT-9272.
4. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the chelating agent is a strong alkali-resistant chelating agent BP-8199.
5. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the active agent is sodium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate.
6. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the solution is a mixture of propylene glycol and methyl glycol.
7. The high foaming detergent according to claim 1, characterized in that: the total content of the organic silicon, the chelating agent and the active agent is more than 3.5 parts.
8. A method of making the high foaming detergent of claim 1 comprising:
mixing and stirring the polyethylene wax emulsion and the chelating agent uniformly to form a first mixture;
mixing and stirring the organic silicon and the chelating agent uniformly to form a second mixture;
mixing the first mixture, the second mixture and the solution to form a third mixture;
adding a polymethylsilsesquioxane to the third mixture to form a fourth mixture;
and mixing the active agent and water in proportion, and adding the mixture into the fourth mixture to prepare the high-foaming cleaning agent.
9. The high foaming detergent according to claim 8, wherein: in the above steps, the polyethylene wax emulsion and the chelating agent are mixed in a ratio of 1:1, the silicone and the chelating agent are mixed in a ratio of 1:1, the first mixture, the second mixture and the solution are mixed in a ratio of 1:1:1, and the active agent and water with the temperature of 80-95 ℃ are mixed in a ratio of 1: 100.
10. A method of washing a vehicle, comprising: spraying the high foaming cleaner of any one of claims 1-9 onto a vehicle paint surface and wiping the surface of the vehicle paint surface clean of dirt with a towel.
