Gonococcemia (also known as "Disseminated gonococcal infection"[1]) is a condition characterized by a hemorrhagic vesiculopustular eruption, bouts of fever, and arthralgia or actual arthritis of one or several joints.[2]
It's characterized by a triad of symptoms: migratory polyarthritis, tenosynovitis, and dermatitis (pustular skin lesions).[3]
