Technology Resources
Temple University Libraries has a variety of assistive technology and software available to users.
- Charles Library has an Optelec ClearView closed-captioned television (CCTV) for text magnification and text-to-speech capability available on the third floor next to the stairs that lead to the fourth floor.
- All laptop computers are available with assistive software programs, such as FS Reader, JAWS 2020, OCR 32/64, OmniPage 20, Touch Server 64, Read & Write, and Zoomtext 11, from the ITS Laptop Share kiosks located on all floors.
