Known Website Issues

I can't view library event calendars on an iPhone using Safari.

When "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" is enabled in Safari, library event calendars may not be viewable. The event calendars do display correctly when using the LINCC Mobile app, or using Chrome on an iOS device.

Why can't I sort searches by "Date added"?

By default, searches are sorted so the most relevant hits display at the top. You can sort results by title, author, or publication date. Although searches can't be sorted by date, you can limit your search to recently added items. After searching, use the "Newly Added" search filter to limit your search to only show items added "Within the Past 30 Days".

Why can't I save my Library Card # and PIN?

Although the latest versions on Firefox and Chrome should be able to autofill usernames and passwords, some password managers won't work with this site's pop-up log in window. Here, you can log in to your library account without using a pop-up window.
