Perjanjian yang berupa kontrak dagang elektronik juga membuat para pihak yang membuat perjanjian tersebut harus tunduk pada pasal 1338 KUH Perdata yang menyatakan kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak dan berlaku sebagai undang – undang bagi para pihak yang membuatnya yang mana tentunya harus disertai oleh itikad baik, baik pada waktu membuat perjanjian tersebut dan dalam pelaksanaannya yang berarti tiap – tiap perikatan dilahirkan baik karena persetujuan, baik karena undang – undang. Pasal 1320 KUH Perdata merupakan asas konsensualisme yaitu tercapainya kata sepakat dari para pihak mengenai hal – hal yang pokok mengenai kontrak dagang elektronik. Dalam hal ini para pihak dituntut untuk saling memenuhi prestasi nya atau kewajibannya terhadap masing - masing pihak, dimana pihak yang satu menuntut prestasi tersebut sebagai hak nya. Prestasi menurut pasal 1234 KUH Perdata adalah Tiap – tiap perikatan adalah untuk memberikan sesuatu, untuk berbuat sesuatu, atau untuk tidak berbuat sesuatu.

Research is intended to test influence Motivation against Job Satisfaction work lecturer at Economics Faculty, "T" University in Jakarta. The sample used purposive sampling technique, where samples selected totaled 100 respondents who works as a lecturer at the Economics Faculty, "T" University during at least 24 months. Instrument analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis by the aid SPSS program. Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive relationship but tends to be weak between satisfaction job satisfaction variables namely only capable of amounting to 22.1% described by the motivational variable while another 77,9% is explained by the variation of variables outside motivation.

This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance of TQM and QMI PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia in Jakarta which is a company engaged in tire manufacturing. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to all employees quality assurance PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia totaling 19 people, which is the total of the population census of this study as well. The problem of this research is to find out what factors influence organizational performance. The population of this study were all restaurant business owners (both local and international cuisine) in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung, Tangerang and Bekasi. The research method used is using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. The number of samples was 421 respondents. This research examined archives of World Cup teams from 1930-2018 to investigate the selections of players from their clubs to attain information whether fielding more players from the same soccer club impacted the probability to win the World Cup. The findings showed there is a pattern especially since World Cup 2006 that fielding more players from the same club determines a team’s victorious destiny.

The Universities is a private university located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sample used purposive sampling technique, who works as a lecturer at the Universities. Instrument analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis by the aid Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive relationship. The result is Motivation and Leadership Style against Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Leadership Style against Job Performance, Motivation and Leadership Style against Organizational Commitment.
