Abstract
Cette présentation vise à faire découvrir les trois principales formes d'entreprises liées à la production de vin. Elle permet de comprendre leurs différences et similitudes en termes d'objectifs économiques et de gouvernance, ainsi que d'analyser leur rôle et leur complexité croissante. Elle aide ainsi les jeunes chercheurs à mieux saisir les dynamiques économiques et organisationnelles dans le secteur vinicole.
