What is Champions Club?
Champions Club is Queen’s Athletics and Recreation’s annual giving program that was launched in 2013. Under the overarching brand of Champions Club - Empowering Champions with Your Support, Queen’s Athletics has several campaigns directed at specific audiences such as the 100%IN campaign for young alumni and current student-athletes.
When you make a gift to any Queen’s Varsity Team or Club, or donate in support of an Athletic Financial Award, the 100%IN campaign, or Women in Tricolour, you are supporting Champions Club.
Empowering Champions with Your Support
The tradition of academic and athletic excellence has long been a source of pride and passion at Queen's. The first time you competed in Tricolour, you inherited the traditions and the legacy of those who came before you and graduated as a champion.
Now our current student-athletes carry on that legacy. Your donations allow Queen’s Athletics and Recreation to offer athletic financial awards to attract and retain the top student-athletes. Your support also provides additional opportunities for our teams and clubs so they can maintain their competitive edge to compete at both provincial and national levels.
By supporting student-athletes you are promoting values beyond the sport itself. Integrity, character, commitment and teamwork are also fostered and learned. These skills and values not only help our student-athletes achieve athletic and academic success but they also prepare them to serve as leaders later in life.

Philanthropy drives athletics – in 2019-20, you contributed a total of $695,136.85 in support of your Gaels through the Champions Club. Your generous contributions allow Queen’s to offer athletic financial awards to attract and retain the top student-athletes. It also provides additional opportunities for our teams and clubs so they can maintain their competitive edge to compete at both provincial and national levels.
