This PR gives librarians and collection curators the ability to create in-page tables of contents that link/anchor to a specific book carousel, using the existing
keyparameter on the QueryCarousel macro. Thekeyparameter is used for analytics, so it should already be unique. This PR adds anameproperty to the existing title link (when one exists) that can be used as the target anchor for a link.Stakeholders
