Ralf Scheepers a une voix de ténor plutôt haute et lance parfois un cri qui rappelle celui de Rob Halford de Judas Priest, bien que ce soit son ton de baryton-basse qui lui donne une portée de près de quatre octaves dans le registre modal (en). Il a également chanté avec Gamma Ray, Tyran' Pace, Scanner, Therion, Ayreon et Shadow Gallery, et a travaillé avec Tom Galley sur l'album Blind Faith de Phenomena (en). Il enseigne actuellement tout ce qui concerne le chant, la musique, le studio et les techniques d'enregistrement et de traitement chez RS Vocal Works à Baltmannsweiler, en Allemagne.
