April 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm FlightTime. Please refrain from updating Certifications, Weekly or Year-end Charts or any value in a article as you did to Top Gun without also updating the source link, this will let other editors know that your change was updated from that link. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now. Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 20:06, 17 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Quantum of Solace, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. – wallyfromdilbert (talk) 21:12, 17 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Quantum of Solace, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. – wallyfromdilbert (talk) 21:12, 17 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Skyfall, you may be blocked from editing. – wallyfromdilbert (talk) 21:23, 17 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources[edit]

Please don't cite the IMDb or copy its content into Wikipedia. This is user-generated, and thus not a reliable source. Sources that get their data from the IMDb, such as worldwideboxoffice.com, also shouldn't be used as sources on Wikipedia. As far as as I can tell, this is just some random guy's blog, which would also make it a self-published work by a non-expert. There are a few sites that report box office grosses that are considered reliable: Box Office Mojo, The Numbers, and Box Office. Industry magazines such as Variety and Screen International are also reliable. Other websites run by professional journalists who have a history of fact checking, such as Deadline.com and TheWrap, are also commonly cited. You can see an incomplete list of sources at WP:FILM/R, and WP:RSP may also link discussions about the reliability of some commonly used websites. Please use Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard to discuss sources if you are not sure about whether they are reliable. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 05:59, 3 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:59, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

English decimal format[edit]

English uses a decimal point (meaning a period/full stop), not a comma like you used here: [1]https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=True_Crime_(1999_film)&oldid=1136255031 Nicholas0 (talk) 23:09, 8 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
