Waheed Butt
[edit]Waheed Butt is Pakistani TV, Film and Theater Actor. He started his career in 1967. He acted in many TV dramas, film and on theater. He also worked in radio Pakistan.
Early Life
[edit]Waheed Butt was born in 1953 in Sheikhupura, He Studied in Liaqat High School Sheikhupura.
Career
[edit]He started his career from films as a fighter at the age of 14 in 1967. Bara Bhai, Heera Moti and more, In 1969 he performed theater play ( Pehla Khat ) in Govt degree college sheikhupura and ( Adhi Raat ) in district council hall sheikhupura. Also performed many theater plays. In 1971 he moved to Lahore and performed many theater plays in different hall like Educational Auditorium, Sheraz Hall, Salateen Hall, YMCA Hall and Alhamra arts council Lahore and more. In 1972 he started work in Radio Pakistan. In 1982 he got the offer for TV drama of munnu bhai and then acted in many PTV dramas. Perwaaz,
Faraib, Sukh Dukh, Bela, Laal Bati, Andar di akh, Inaam, Saahil, Andhera Ujala,
Rahain, Panchu Ghee Main, Double Sawari and more.
Personal Life
[edit]He got married with Zahida Waheed in 1975. They have 7 Children.
