I co-lead the open movement advocacy organisation Wiki In Africa in support of the WikiAfrica movement that develops and grows the open movement across Africa. I have been a member of the Simple APG committee (since May 2017), previously served on the GAC committee, and was an Advocacy Working Group member during the Movement Strategy 2030 process from 2018 until end of 2019. With Anthere and under the banner of the Wiki In Africa NPO organisation, I co-lead the annual Wiki Loves Africa competition, the Wiki Loves Women project, and the WikiFundi offline editing solution that has given rise to the WikiChallenge African Schools and, from 2017-8, WikiAfrica Schools.
